Basic Telephone & Email Support

This program allows your staff to call us between business hours with any questions or problems as well as answer any questions via email.  We will help them understand the system and fix any problems they may have.  You receive 30 days of the support free from the day of purchase.  This support agreement is sold on an annual basis.

Premium Telephone, Email & Modem Support

You receive the same privileges as the basic support program with additional modem support and 2 free updates to the system per year.   These updates will include all new enhancements we have made to the software.  You will receive these updates on CD Rom and will be sent via mail.
