Add a new Contact Log entry:
1)
Select Sales/Receivables,
then select the Customers
button. The Customers window appears.
2)
Find and select the customer for which to log information on.
(see Search for a Customer)
3)
Select the Log tab.
The Log list is displayed.
4)
Select the Add
button. The AR Contact Log window appears.
5)
Enter the log information for the customer.
6)
Select the SAVE
button to save the new log information.
To abort adding the new log, select the Exit button to discard any changes made to the contact log and close
the AR Contact Log window.

Select Sales/Receivables,
then select the Customers
button. The Customers window appears.
2)
Find and select the customer for which to delete a log entry.
(see Search for a Customer)
3)
Select the Log tab.
The list of contact logs for that customer is displayed.
4)
Double click on the contact log entry to delete.
The AR Contact Log window appears with the selected contact log
entry.
5)
Select the Delete button
to delete the Contact Log entry.
To abort deleting the contact log, select the Exit
button to cancel deleting the contact log, close the AR Contact Log window, and return to the Customers window.

Select the Log tab.
The list of contact logs for that customer is displayed.

Double click on the log entry to edit.
The AR Contact Log window
appears.
5)
Select the Save button
to save the changes made to the Ship to Address. Select the Exit
button to abandon the changes to the Contact Log, close the AR Contact Log window, and return to the Customers window.
