This screen will allow you to pay commission to
sales people. You have
the capability to pay commission by two ways.
You can pay commission by invoice or by invoice payment.
When you select an employee and you’re paying commission by
invoice, you will see a list of commission that has not been paid. If you had selected by payment as the pay type you will see a
list of invoice commission on invoices that have been paid or a
partial payment has been made. You
have the option to select what invoices to pay commission and you can
actually change the amount of the commission payment if you want to
partially pay the commission amount.
Once you have selected the invoices to pay, you
can print a check, send the commission payment information to payroll
or create a credit for the amount.
The credit amount is good to credit an employees commission but
not pay it now or in the future.
This credit option is good for commission charge backs or
general commission corrections.
