Items are used in
quotes, orders and invoices.
SELECT ITEMS/INVENTORY THEN SELECT ITEMS
Use the find item field found on the top of
this screen to find an item by name or code to edit or delete an item.
The system will warn you if you are deleting
a item that is used in a quote record.
If you edit an item, all quotes with that item will also be
changed to the new item.
Make sure to save your changes to update the
system or use the undo button if you are unsure of your changes or you
do not want to save your changes.
Mark the inventory check mark if this is an
inventory item.
The special commission is a unique agency
commission rate for this item. |
