Inventory
is items that you keep in stock.
The reduction of inventory happens at the time you save an
buy/resale invoice that has an inventory item in it.
SELECT ITEMS/INVENTORY THEN SELECT RECEIVE
INVENTORY
Use the find vendors pull down list found
near the top of this screen to find a vendor you are receiving
inventory from then you can enter the received date, received by and
reference information. Then
you use the add button to add inventory line items.
You can a multiple line items.
Just select the item and enter the quantity and cost to update
your inventory.
Make sure to save your changes to update your
inventory.
