THE LIST ON THE RIGHT SIDE, DOUBLE CLICK ON BALANCE
SHEET

The Balance Sheet Report window asks for the following: 1)
Balance Sheet as of Date, 2) Accounting Method Report Type, 3) Show
Account Number

There is a small calendar button at the top that will allow you
to select a date
-
Be sure to select the Accounting Method, Accrual or Cash Basis
-
Click on the box if you want to Show Account Number
-
Select the Run Report to preview then print the Balance Sheet,
which will show totals for your company’s Total Assets, Total
Liabilities and Total Equity
-
In the print preview screen, you have the option to output the
report to Microsoft Word or Excel, Notepad, or Email
Balance
Sheet for a Date Range

SHEET FOR A DATE RANGE

The Balance Sheet Report window asks for the following: 1)
Balance Sheet as of Date Range, 2) Accounting Method Report Type, 3)
Show Account Number

to select a begin as well as an end date for the date range

Be sure to select the Accounting Method, Accrual or Cash Basis

Click on the box if you want to Show Account Number

Select the Run Report to preview then print the Balance Sheet,
which will show totals for your company’s Total Assets, Total
Liabilities and Total Equity based on the date range you have entered

In the print preview screen, you have the option to output the
report to Microsoft Word or Excel, Notepad, or Email
General
Journal
CLICK
REPORTS, SELECT GENERAL LEDGER REPORTS (under Report Groups) THEN FROM
THE LIST ON THE RIGHT SIDE, DOUBLE CLICK ON GENERAL
JOURNAL

The General Journal window asks for the following: 1)
Accounting Method Report Type, 2) Include all Journals, 3) Beginning
and Ending Date
-
Select first the Accrual or Cash Basis Accounting Method
-
If you want to include all Journals, the box must be checked.
If you want a report for a specific Journal, the box should not
be checked and it is important that you select the type of General
Journal Entry you want a list for.
-
Specify the beginning date for the General Journal report.
The ending date will default to the current date, be sure to
change it if you want another ending date.

Select the Run Report to preview then print the General Journal
Entry Listing.

In the print preview screen, you have the option to output the
report to Microsoft Word or Excel, Notepad, or Email
General Ledger

LEDGER

The General Ledger Report window asks for the following: 1)
Start and End Date, 2) Start GL Account and End GL Account, 3)
Accounting Method Report Type, 4) Detail or Summary, 5) Include
Beginning/Ending Balances
-
If you want a General Ledger Report for a specific date range,
enter the Start and End Dates. Otherwise,
the Start date will default to 01/01/1900 and the End date to
12/31/2100 to include all available dates when you click the Print
button.

Enter a Start
and End GL Account value.
The report will provide you with information on those accounts
as well as all GL account numbers that fall in between.
If you do not enter a value in these fields, then it will
default to list all available GL Accounts.

Select the Accrual or Cash Basis Accounting Method for the
report
-
Select whether you want a Detailed
or Summary report.
The Detailed
Report will supply the following information: Account, Date, Journal,
Source, Debit and Credit. The
Summary
Report supplies only the General Ledger Account name, Debit and Credit
and Grand Totals.

Do not forget to specify whether or not you would like to
Include Beginning/Ending Balances in this report. The box must be checked if you want these balances.

Clicking on the button with the printer will take you to a
print preview screen. In
the print preview screen, you have the option to output the report to
Microsoft Word or Excel, Notepad, or Email
GL Out of Balance
CLICK
REPORTS, SELECT GENERAL LEDGER REPORTS (under Report Groups) THEN FROM
THE LIST ON THE RIGHT SIDE, DOUBLE CLICK ON GL
OUT OF BALANCE

There are two options in the GL Out of Balance report:
1) Print Accrual Basis
Report and 2) Print Cash Basis Report.
-
By clicking on either one of these options, you will be able to
preview the report prior to printing.

In the print preview screen, you have the option to output the
report to Microsoft Word or Excel, Notepad, or Email
Income Statement
CLICK
REPORTS, SELECT GENERAL LEDGER REPORTS (under Report Groups) THEN FROM
THE LIST ON THE RIGHT SIDE, DOUBLE CLICK ON INCOME
STATEMENT

Select first the Accounting Method Report Type: Accrual or Cash
Basis
-
If you want to print the GL Account Numbers, make sure the box
is checked.
-
To include all Journals, the box must be checked.
If you want a report for a specific Journal, the box should not
be checked and it is important that you select which General Journal
Entry you need.
-
You can sort the list by GL Name or Account Number.
-
The Beginning Date defaults to January 1 of the current year
and the Ending Date displays the current date.
Change the date range, if necessary.

Click on the Run Report button to preview the report and print.
You have the option to output the report to Microsoft Word or
Excel, Notepad, or Email in the preview.
Trial Balance
CLICK
REPORTS, SELECT GENERAL LEDGER REPORTS (under Report Groups) THEN FROM
THE LIST ON THE RIGHT SIDE, DOUBLE CLICK ON TRIAL
BALANCE

Enter the Trial Balance As Of Date at the top if it needs to be
different from the current (default) date
-
Select the Accounting Method Report Type: Accrual or Cash Basis
-
To preview and print the Trial Balance Report, click the Run
Report button
.
