BAR CONTACTS THEN SETUP THEN SETUP CONTACT
STATUS
Examples of contact status is Prospect, New Lead, Qualified Lead, or
Customer.
Use the New status button to add a status and
the Edit and Delete buttons to edit and delete a status.
The system will warn you if you are deleting
a status that is used in a contact record.
If you edit a Status, all contacts with that
Status will also be edited to the new status.
You do not have to
create all your contact statuses now; you can add new statuses at any
time.
