SELECT FROM THE MENU
BAR CONTACTS THEN VIEW / EDIT CONTACTS.
You may View or Edit
Contacts through the following categories: Date/Time Entered, Sales
Rep, ID, Territory, Source, City, State, Zip Code, Phone Number, Fax
Number and Email Address. Select
the option you wish to use to specify your search.
You can also find by
Selection Criteria. In
this option, you can actually search by any one field in the database
or by a combination of fields in the database.
When you find a contact by Selection Criteria you must enter
the criteria.

BAR CONTACTS THEN VIEW / EDIT CONTACTS THEN BY
SELECTION CRITERIA.
In this screen you will
see a smaller box on the top of the screen where the selection
criteria for your search will reside.
To enter selection criteria click on the select criteria
button. This will
transfer you to the general selection criteria screen.
Select a field in the contact database that you want to search
with then select the button to the right of the field pull down list.
This will allow you to then use an operator to define your
criteria or select from a list of results for your search.
You can define as many search criteria that you want but your
search results will need to satisfy all your results.
When you finish with your selection criteria, select the ok
button to return to the original screen.
You can select an
additional field to display in the search list.
This field can be any field in the contact database except for
organization, first name and last name.
Those fields will automatically show up in the search results.
Also select the sort order for your selection list, and then
select the Find Now button to initiate the search. |
