By clicking the
document button once, a contact is recalled in the contact screen so
that you can review all the documents created for that particular
contact. To add a new Document just select the New button located left
hand side of the document screen.
At that time the system
will prompt you to select a type of document you will want to create.
The choices are a Business Memo (basic
business letter), a Form Letter (a stock letter) or a simple Fax Cover Sheet.
