Sometimes you may just
want to send a simple fax to your contact.
This is when this option comes in handy.
When you select this option you will have the Fax Cover Sheet
setup screen appear. It
will automatically have most if not all the information selected for
the Fax Cover Sheet. You
will also be able to create a message on the fax.
Place the cursor in the large text box on the right to begin
typing your message or you can click on the Open Editor button and
type the message in the editor. If you are using the editor, be sure to click on the save
button (it displays a picture of a diskette) when you are finished
typing your message. You
have the ability to Print the fax to your fax program provided that
you have previously set the Fax program up or just print to regular
paper. You must have
already installed fax software and hardware in order to fax from the
system.
Also note that Fax
Cover Sheet s are not saved in the database for recall.
