Invoice Footers and Comments

In the Invoice Footers/Comments tab area of the Accounts Receivable Defaults window you can enter a default footer and four different comments that will appear on invoices.  The footer will also appear on any new quotes that you generate in the system.  When you enter a new invoice you can choose from one of these four comments.  You will be able to also change the invoice footer or comment at the time of entering or saving a new invoice.  You can also change the footer on the quotes.  Footers and Comments are unlimited length fields.
