Contact Codes are used
to group contacts. Codes
are helpful in defining profiles about your customers and prospects.
You can use codes in your search of contacts as well.
You must have your
contact recalled in the contact screen to attach a code to a contact.
When you edit or add a
code attached to a contact you will get a code pop up screen.
This screen will show you all the codes selected for this
particular contact. You
then can remove a code if you wish in the pop up screen.
To add a code you will
see a list of code categories on the left and a list of corresponding
codes on the right. Select
the code you want to add and either double click the code to add or
use the select code button to add the code to the selected code list.
