The Address
Book is a personal database
of contacts that are not necessarily the company’s customers or
prospects.
You can use the Address
Book to keep track of names and addresses of friends and family,
but more importantly use it to keep track of business associates that
are not necessarily customers. Consultant,
advertising agency, supplier and fellow employee information should be
entered in the Address Book.
The Address
Book can index the Address Book contacts by
last name, first name or company name.
You can also sort your contacts for easy searching by selecting
the appropriate header button.
You will notice the title “Personal Address Book for”
and the name of the Employee logged in at the top of the Address Book screen. |
