Optional Integrated Accounting Modules
Agencyware has integrated General Ledger,
Accounts Payable and Payroll Modules with all the features you expect in a
windows accounting package, including departmental reporting, check writer,
bank reconciliation, financials, budgets and both accrual and cash
accounting reporting. You can either use a laser or dot matrix printer for
check printing and use multiple bank accounts when necessary. The intuitive
accounting function makes it easy to setup and operate. The General Ledger
module is a double entry accounting system that follows generally accepted
accounting procedures, GAAP. The chart of accounts uses account numbers and
can be divided up into departments for reporting purposes. The accounting
modules are integrated with the general ledger, making book keeping easier.
