The Contacts button on
the contact screen will let you preview all the contacts that have a
relationship to the current contact recalled on the contact screen. You can add a contact to the group by select the new button
when the contacts button is enabled or clicked.
The new contact button
will allow you to find a contact by organization or first name and
last name to include in the group.
You can as well as add a new sub contact in the database.
You will notice that each contact has either a Main contact or
Sub contact type.
Next to the salutation
and below the organization field you will see the label that will
indicate whether this is a main contact or sub contact.
