SELECT FROM THE MENU BAR CONTACTS THEN SETUP THEN SETUP
CONTRACTS
Enter a label for your contracts. What you enter here will label your contract button in your
contract screen.
In the initial screen you will be able to add,
edit and delete the different types of Contracts
(Transactions) you want.
Use the new contract button to add a contract
and the edit and delete buttons to edit and delete a contract.
In each setup screen you will be able to name
the contract, name each user defined field available and actually
distinguish which fields you want to be visible.
It is recommended to leave some user defined fields not visible
if it helps with the over all look of the screens as well as the data
entry flow.
Make sure to save your changes.
USING
CONTRACTS
You can Add, Edit, Delete and recall all
Contracts created for a specific contact only from the contact screen. When you have a contact recalled in the contact screen select
the Contract tab found on the bottom of the screen. |
