You can find a Knowledge
by browsing or using a search with key words.
To browse simple select
the Knowledge Category then
select the Knowledge.
To search using a
keyword, just enter the key word or words to search and select the
find now button (which has a picture of binoculars on it).
The system will look for any Knowledge
that has one or more of the key words.
The search function will look for the key words in the Knowledge
name or memo or both depending on where you want the search to look
in. As a reminder, the memo is of unlimited length.
You can be more specific in your search by selecting a
particular Knowledge Category
or you can use the default of All,
which will look in all Categories.
You will see the search results onscreen in blue.
Select the Knowledge you want to view by double clicking it or highlighting and
selecting the Edit button. |
