THEN SETUP SERVICE ISSUE CATEGORIES
Categories are just
different ways to categorize your service issues. Use the setup screen
to initially setup all the categories of service.
An example of a service category is Service Call, Warranty, or Telephone
Support.
Use the New button to add a Category and the
Edit and Delete buttons to Edit and Delete Category.
The system will warn
you if you are deleting a category that is used in a record. If you edit a Category, all records with that category will
also be edited to the new Category. |
