1)
Select Sales/Receivables,
then select the Customers
button. The Customers
window appears.
2)
Find and select the customer for which to delete a log entry.
(see Search for a Customer)
3)
Select the Log tab.
The list of contact logs for that customer is displayed.
4)
Double click on the contact log entry to delete.
The AR Contact Log window appears with the selected contact log
entry.
5)
Select the Delete button
to delete the Contact Log entry.
To abort deleting the contact log, select the Exit
button to cancel deleting the contact log, close the AR Contact Log window, and return to the Customers window. |
