SELECT SALES AND RECEIVABLES THEN SELECT PRINT STATEMENTS

This screen will allow you to print either an individual principle or customer statement, just select the principle or customer you want to print a statement for and then select the print button.

You can run a statement run from the statement run program found in the reports menu.  That program will print statement for all customers or principles that have outstanding invoices.
