SOURCES
Contact Sources are used to categorize the methods or resources by
which you receive your contacts.
Use the setup screen to initially setup all the sources of
contacts.
Examples of Contact Sources are Newspaper Ads, Internet, Cold Call or
Telemarketing.
Use the New source button to add a source and
the Edit and Delete buttons to edit and delete sources.
The system will warn you if you are deleting
a source that is used in a contact record.
If you edit a source, all contact with that source will also be
edited to the new source.
You do not have to
create all your contact sources now; you can add new sources at any
time.
