AUTO NOTE SETUP
This option allows the
user to define what actions will automatically create a note under
each contact when the action is performed.
Notes should be considered as both history and comments for a
An example of an auto Note is a Call or Quotation.
Whenever a Call or Quote is generated, a Note is appended to
that contact the call was made or the quote was made for.
Certain actions will
create records in respective files even if it is set not to create an
auto note. For instance a
Quote will create a quotation record for the contact anyway.
In this screen use the yes/no combo box to
specify what actions you want an auto note created.
Make sure to save your changes to update the
system or use the undo button if you are unsure of your changes or you
do not want to save your changes.
