Pages in the Contact Screen
As mentioned in the setup of the Contact Options in Chapter 2, the
AGENCYWARE contact screen has five distinct pages.
In essence, these are not really pages but five sub screens
within the contact screen. This allows you to have the ability to store more information
and have it available at a click of a button; which is one Agencyware
over traditional contact management systems.
In the contact screen, these pages are by default named Page 1
through Page 5. You can
actually name these pages anything you want.
To access the different pages just select the page with the
corresponding button located across the middle of the contact screen.
It is not necessary to save the contact information after
completing the data entry for each page all page information can be
saved with a final click or selection of the save button.
