SELECT FROM THE MENU BAR SERVICE ISSUES THEN SETUP THEN SETUP SERVICE ISSUE CATEGORIES

Categories are just different ways to categorize your service issues. Use the setup screen to initially setup all the categories of service. 

An example of a service category is Service Call, Warranty, or Telephone Support.

Use the New button to add a Category and the Edit and Delete buttons to Edit and Delete Category. 

The system will warn you if you are deleting a category that is used in a record.  If you edit a Category, all records with that category will also be edited to the new Category.
