Quote
Quote Stages are an efficient way to track your
quotes through the sales process and allows you another way to search
for quotes. To add a
quote type just select the add button and double click a quote stage
in the list to edit or delete the quote stage.
1)
Select Sales/Receivables.
2)
Select the AR Defaults
button. The Accounts Receivable Defaults window appears.
3)
Select the Quote tab
in the Accounts Receivable
Defaults window.
4)
Select the Add
button. The QuoteStage window
appears.
5)
Enter the Quote Stage
Name.
6)
Select the Save button
to accept the changes and close the QuoteStage
window. To discard the
Quote Stage Name you were adding, select the Close
button (instead of the Save button)
to discard the changes and close the QuoteStage
window.

Select Sales/Receivables.
2)
Select the AR Defaults
button. The Accounts Receivable Defaults window appears.
3)
Select the Quote tab
in the Accounts Receivable
Defaults window.
4)
Double click the Quote
Stage Name to edit. The
QuoteStage window appears
with the name of the Quote Stage in the Quote
Stage Name field.
5)
Make the desired edits to the Quote Stage Name.
6)
Select the Save button
to accept the changes and close the QuoteStage
window. To discard
the edits made, select the Close
button (instead of the OK button) to discard the edits and close the QuoteStage
window.

button. The Accounts Receivable Defaults window appears.

Select the Quote tab
in the Accounts Receivable
Defaults window.
4)
Double click the Quote stage Name to delete.
The QuoteStage window
appears with the selected Quote Stage Name in the Quote
Stage Name field.
5)
Select the Delete
button to delete the Quote Stage Name in the Quote stage Name field, and close the QuotEstage window. To
abort deleting the selected Quote Stage Name, select the Close button (instead of the delete button) to discard the changes
and close the QuoteStage window.
