Contact Send options
are the ways you may send Literature.
Examples of contact send options are FedEx Overnight, UPS 2nd
day air, or U.S. Mail.
Use the New Send option button to add a send
option and the edit and delete buttons to edit and delete a send
option.
The system will warn you if you are deleting
a Send option that is used in a contact record.
If you edit a Send option all contacts with
that send option will also be edited to the new Send option.
You can print a list of
literature requests called the Literature Request Report.
This report provides all the necessary information on when the
Literature was requested, for whom and how and when it should be sent.
This feature is especially important if your company sends a
large amount of literature or marketing material to prospects and
customers. |
