If you select the Business Memo option a basic layout of a letter is created and displayed on the screen.  This layout can be edited at this time directly in the memo editor that you have on the screen or you can select the editor button and our internal word processor will appear.  This robust editor has many options as well as online Help.  When finished select the save and close option to save the changes or you may close the memo without save option.  Both options are found on the tool bar under the FILE menu option.  At this time the system will return to the basic document screen where you can save and print it with or without a fax cover sheet.
