The Calls screen is utilized to review Calls Made to contacts as
well as schedule calls. Every Sales Rep who uses the system has his or
her own List of Calls.
Once you log on to BUSINESSWARE the system automatically knows
what Call List to query.
The system will
automatically pull up Today’s Calls first.
You may at that time list all Calls Not Made by selecting the
Not Called option located on the bottom of the task screen.
You may select a range of calls by Call Date by selecting a
You can Add, Edit and
Delete Calls by selecting the appropriate option on the bottom of the
screen. You can also edit
a task by double clicking the call line.
When you add a task, a
pop-up screen will appear for you to enter information about the call.
You can print the Call
List that appears on the screen by selecting the Print button.
