The opportunities screen will allow you to view
and edit previously created quotes Every
Sales Rep who uses the system has his or her own active quote list.
Once you log on to ADVANTAGE, the system automatically knows
what quote list to query.
You will notice near the top of the quote screen
a display of the name of employee whose quotes these are. Use the Sales Rep pull down list to review of quotes for
other Sales Reps.
You can Edit, Clone or Delete quotes from this
screen. Use the
appropriate buttons found on the bottom of the screen.
Notice the system keeps track of total dollar
amount for quotes and weighted dollar total for quotes.
The weighted total is a product of the percent possibility of
close and dollar amount quoted. |
