SELECT THE KNOWLEDGE ICON BUTTON FROM THE VERTICAL ICON BAR.
The Knowledge Category list
box is displayed on the left-hand side of the screen. Once you setup Knowledge
Categories, each will be
listed in this window.
Use the New
button located below the Knowledge
Category window to add a
category and the edit and delete buttons to edit and delete a Category. After
selecting the New button,
enter the title for the Knowledge
Category the click OK. The
category name will show in the Knowledge
Category window.
The system will warn you if you are deleting a
status that is used in a Knowledge
record.
If you modify or edit a Category, all Knowledge
with that Category will
also be changed to the new Category.
The Knowledge list is displayed on the right-hand side of the screen.
Use the New
button located below the Knowledge
window to add a Knowledge
and the edit and delete buttons to edit and delete a Knowledge
Each particular Knowledge
has a Name, Category and Memo.
Label the Knowledge then select which Category
it should be listed under. The
Memo field is of unlimited
length.
Each Knowledge
Category can have multiple lists of Knowledge. |
