You can access and add
Service Issues from either the contact screen or the main Service
Issue screen. When you
select the main Service Issue screen from either the menu bar or the
icon tool bar you can see all the Service Issues while from the
contact screen you can access the Service Issues for a particular
contact at one time.
With each Service
Issue, you can add an unlimited number of service trips.
A Service Issue is deemed as an Active Service Issue if you do
not have an end date on the Service Issue.
