1)
Select Sales/Receivables,
then select the Customers
button. The Customers window appears.

Find and select the customer for which to create a file link.
(see Search for a Customer)
3)
Select the Links tab.
The list of Links is displayed.
4)
Select the Add
button. The AR Contact Log window appears.
5)
Select the Browse
button. The Locate the file you want to link window appears.
Note: Search capabilities
are provided at the bottom of the Locate
the file you want to link window.
The Advanced button
provides access to advanced search for files.
6)
Browse to the desired file to link to and use the Select
button select it..
7)
Select the SAVE
button to save the new log information.
To abort adding the new log, select the Exit button to discard any changes made to the contact log and close
the AR Contact Log window.
