Vendors are used in the inventory setup and are an optional function. 

SELECT FROM THE MENU BAR INVENTORY THEN SETUP THEN SETUP INVENTORY VENDORS.

n         Use the Find Vendor pull down list found on the top of this screen to find a Vendor to edit or delete a Vendor. 

The system will warn you if you are deleting a Vendor that is used in an item record.  If you edit a Vendor, all items with that Vendor will also be changed to the new Vendor
