SELECT FROM THE MENU BAR POINT OF SALE THEN SETUP THEN SETUP SALES TAX.

This option allows you to setup the 2 tax rates, one tax rate for services and one tax rate applied to inventory items. 

n         VAT, value added tax, has limited use based upon the tax authority.

n         Enter Sales Tax Rate in this format: for 10 % sales tax enter .01

n         Make sure you select the SAVE button to save your changes or select the UNDO button to reverse changes.
