2.4 CLIENT PREFERENCES
SELECT FROM THE MENU
BAR CLIENT THEN SETUP THEN SETUP CLIENT PREFERENCES
A client preference is
the way you can track the needs of your customers in ADVANTAGE Salon Software
and Spa Software. Preferences are
ways the client wants services rendered. Use the setup screen to
initially setup all the types of preference.
An example of client
preference is Color, Perm or Style information or favorite
products or brands.

Use the new Preference Category button to add a
preference and the edit and delete buttons to edit and delete
preference category. The Category list is located on the left-hand
side of the screen. (for example, a Preference might be: Shampoo and
the categories could include Joico, TIGI, Biolage, Nexxus)

Select a Preference category then use the new preference
button to add a preference and the edit and delete buttons to edit and
delete preference. The detail preference list is located on the right
side of the screen.
Make sure you select the SAVE button to save your changes.
It
is not necessary to set up these client preferences options to use the
basic functions of ADVANTAGE Salon Software
and Spa Software.
