3.3 CLIENT REFERRALS

CLIENT THEN SETUP THEN SETUP CLIENT REFERRALS
Client Referrals is the
way you can track your source of new customers in ADVANTAGE Salon Software
and Spa Software. Referrals are the
different ways to categorize how you get clients. Use the setup screen
to setup all the types of referrals.
An example of client
referral is Newspaper Ads, New Request, Repeat Request, or Walk-In.

Use the new referral button to add a referral and the edit
and delete buttons to edit and delete referral.

ADVANTAGE Salon Software
and Spa Software will warn you if you are deleting a referral
that is used in a client record. If you edit a referral type, all
clients with that referral will also be edited to the new referral.
Make
sure you select the Save Changes button to save your changes or
select the Undo Changes button to reverse changes.
