5.5 BOOTH RENTERS
SELECT FROM THE MENU BAR EMPLOYEES THEN ADD/MODIFY/DELETE
EMPLOYEES
If
this person is a Booth Renter, be sure to check the booth renter
box and indicate the amount of the rent, the frequency of rent due and
the next bill date in the employee screen.
BOOTH RENTER CHARGES AND PAYMENTS
SELECT EMPLOYEES THEN BOOTH RENTER CHARGES AND PAYMENTS.

You have the option of previewing charge reports, posting
charges, or entering payment information. A booth renter charge is what
they are actually paying to rent the booth. ADVANTAGE Salon Software
and Spa Software generates these
charges based upon what was setup in the employee screen. After you
have previewed and checked the charge report, you can then post any
payments received.

You can also view and print any transactions that the
booth renters have incurred by clicking on View Transactions button
in the employee screen.
