7.5 APPOINTMENT BOOK
WAITING LIST
The
Appointment Book waiting list found in ADVANTAGE
Salon Software and
Spa Software
is a waiting list for clients for a
specific stylist. If you can not schedule a client with a specific
stylist you can put them on the waiting list.
To
access the waiting list you can go to the action list and use the drop
down key then select the wait list on the either the scheduler Day or
Week view. You will be prompted by the waiting list screen to select an
employee then select the reset waiting list button. You can also at
that time select a different date range, but remember to select the
reset waiting list button to get the new results.
**REMEMBER TO RIGHT CLICK DATE FIELDS FOR A CALENDAR!

To add a client to the waiting list just select the New
button on the bottom of the waiting list. You will be prompted to find
a client then select the preferred time for the appointment then save
your changes.

To schedule an appointment for a client on the waiting
list just select the waiting list item with a single click of the mouse
then select the schedule button.

To remove a person from the waiting list just select the
waiting list item with a single click of the mouse then select the
delete button.
