Preferences is not a necessary function for clients, it is a feature that we have put in
Spa Software as an additional way to track client information. Do not feel it is an important step in setting up
Salon Software and
Spa Software or adding clients.
A client preference is the way you can
track the needs of your customers. Preferences
are ways the client wants services rendered. Use the setup screen to setup all the types
example of client preference categories is Color, Perm, Shampoo, Style information, or favorite products or brands.

Category list is located on the left-hand side of the screen. (for example, a Preference might be: Shampoo and
